This includes competence management: the process for identifying critical skills and knowledge and creating suitable processes to develop and maintain these. John’s background is in mechanical engineering, but his business, Silver Moor Consulting, now works across a wide range of sectors: rail transport, social care, fire and rescue, renewable energy and environmental protection.
